Reservation / Cancellation Policy:
Captain Sky Cruises cancellation and Refund Policy: We plan ahead to ensure food and beverage provisions are in place based on the number of guests reserved for each cruise. With this in mind, if you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us AT LEAST 48 hours PRIOR to your reservation to avoid any charges. Cancellations received WITHIN 48 hours of your scheduled reservation will be charged a $30 per person cancellation fee. No call, no shows will be charged the full amount of $125 per person.
Your safety is our priority. Therefore, the Captain reserves the right to cancel a cruise due to inclement weather. In the event that we must cancel your cruise, you will receive a full refund, or we can rebook you on a future cruise that works with your schedule and apply the payment accordingly. Please note our boat is outfitted with clear side enclosures to protect from the elements, while still allowing a clear view of the beautiful bay. Therefore, unless there is a thunderstorm, or other unsafe condition, we will set sail.
In the event we set out in fair weather, and must return early due to unexpected changes in weather conditions, no refund will be issued in consideration of food and beverages having been consumed.
Safety and comfort is a priority for all passengers and crew, therefore, the Captain reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who appear to be intoxicated upon arrival. No refund will be issued for these persons.
Other Terms and Policies:
Our cruises are cocktail cruises geared toward adults. However, we love children, and would be happy to accommodate families if they wish to reserve the entire boat for themselves.
