Cancellation Policy

Guests must notify Captain Sky Cruises at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled charter time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. If the captain cancels the charter due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of their deposit (or may reschedule at no additional cost).
